How can we create more beautiful business cultures?

Conscious business, beautiful results
Transform your business from the inside out.
What is the role of your business?
Are you looking at the long-term good or the short-term profit? We are conditioned to look at the “potential sale!” — which is looking at the short-term profit.
Alternatively, you can look at the value you are giving that makes something better — which is looking at the long-term good and will result in successful business activities.
Many companies look at their business as a ‘transactional operation’ instead of looking at it in terms of a ‘people operation’ with human relationships. Without the human interaction between leaders and teams, between company staff and customers there is no business.
In a survey of 1,000 leaders published in Harvard Business Review, 80% said they would like to enhance their compassion, but don’t know how. We are looking at compassion as the intent to contribute to the happiness and well-being of others. A compassionate leader has the honest interest in seeing their people not just perform and increase profits but thrive.
Initiating change: start with small steps
If you want to shift consciousness in your company or community: start with yourself and then initiate in small steps the idea of consciousness and paying attention at the workplace. The effects will be visible, and change will grow over time.
First, shift your own consciousness
Shift your own awareness first and it will shine through and others will see it, feel it, recognize it and respond to it. They will wonder and ask you why you are in a good spirit, why things work out for you, why things come to you, why you are able to change situations into a desired direction.
It is because of your attitude and mindset that you worked on and others will also see the positive effects. This is how you can inspire others and encourage them to learn more about it and follow you.
