We are overwhelmed by too much everything, so we happily reach out to anything that helps us to lessen the burden on our brain and shortcut our daily duties.

People have more faith in technology than in themselves. Paying attention to ourselves and our surroundings is a vital skill that modern technology often compromises.

Every invention that made our daily lives or work easier we embraced and celebrated, from the wheel to electricity, from online maps to apps that count our steps we make each day.

Don’t get me wrong. I think we can all agree that technology has made modern life more convenient and comfortable. No question. What we can accomplish with today’s technology would have amazed anyone just thirty or even twenty years ago.
